Hi, I'm Melissa, girl behind the lens!
I'm a small town girl from Indiana. I am a mama to 3 beautiful kiddos. Proud dog mom of 3. Lover of coffee. I enjoy all things old, rustic, and antique. One of my favorite things to do is cruise back country roads looking for old barns.
I began my photography journey in 2009. My style has evolved and changed over the years to one I am finally in love with. I am a natural light photographer. There is nothing better than chasing that sunset! I usually shoot golden hour to get those warm beautiful tones and we will have fun & laugh doing it!
I specialize in Seniors, Families, & Children, but love capturing most anything behind the lens. My goal for our sessions is that they are stress free and fun! If you want someone who is kind and patient with your kids, I am the photographer for you. As a mama, I know how fleeting time is and documenting your story is my passion chaos and all. That is REAL life!!!
I tend to do more storytelling less posing. If it's fun we just go for it! I love watching Seniors get creative with their own vision to truly grasp their individual personalities. I'm always up for a challenge or if you have an idea in mind, I want to hear it! Memories are precious and capturing them & your story is always an honor.
